Consultant: Catherine
Joyce, Chartered FCIPD, M.NLP
Catherine
Joyce started out in
1993 by forming Making Connections, a management development and training
provider. Over the years we have widened and updated the range of
products and services we provide, in direct response to the changing
marketplace and to our preferred way of working effectively with our clients.
As a result, we also re-branded the business BlueQuay with effect from November
2005.
Catherine's
varied and interesting working experience extends across the private, public and
voluntary sectors and the work undertaken is a different as the organisations.
A
consultant for over fifteen years, she works with individuals, departments
& teams to facilitate personal and organisational improvement and
development.
As
a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (M.NLP),
Catherine integrates a vast range of NLP and other tools and techniques into her
work with individuals and teams.
In
supporting HR /OD managers she help them to implement organisational change
while she acts as external project consultant.
As
a performance mentor Catherine works
with high achievers looking to either take their personal business
capability to a higher level or to increase their company performance.
Working
with corporate clients, she facilitates team development events, large
and small; integrating a range of interventions such as Action Learning
Projects, Open Space Technology and coaching skills to encourage sustainable
skills development within the organisation.
